When Should Your Customer Upgrade to Stainless?

If the job is near saltwater, exposed to irrigation, stainless steel fasteners are highly recommended—even for non-welded products. They’re also a smart upgrade for customers who want a cleaner, low-maintenance finish over time.

Are Stainless Steel Fasteners Automatic with Any Other Products?

Currently, stainless steel is automatically quoted only with welded items. For other products—like mechanical railing, screen enclosures, or under-truss systems—carbon steel fasteners are standard unless the project is a mile or less from coastal conditions. But we’re happy to quote stainless as an upgrade on any product.
